Migration Consultancy & Advice
This program was developed in July 2007 as a result of identifying clients’ needs in obtaining advice and direction on migration matters; especially those who have newly arrived and plan to sponsor or propose their family members who intend to come to Australia. As part of ASeTTS’ holistic approach and in order to reduce clients’ anxiety, ASeTTS now provides migration advice exclusively to ASeTTS clients. Referrals are made only by internal caseworkers to the Registered Migration Agent working at ASeTTS.

Under Schedule 2 of Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998, Registered Migration Agents in Australia work under the provisions of a “Code of Conduct” which sets out their professional and ethical standards. Click here for a copy of the “Code of Conduct”.
